Shipping policy

PRODUCTION TIME 

Since all Silvey made-to-order jewellery pieces are handcrafted by our team in Vancouver, BC, production and shipping times may vary depending on the design. Each product page will indicate the specific production timeline for that piece. Once your jewellery is ready, we will ship it and send you an email with the tracking number. If you need expedited shipping or rush production, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

With the exception of vintage and antique items, all of our designs are produced in Vancouver, BC.

 

SHIPPING & DUTIES

We insure all packages at their full value to safeguard your order in case of loss. We are responsible for tracking the shipment until it is marked as delivered by the postal service. Once the package has been successfully delivered to the provided address, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items. Please double-check your shipping details and ensure someone is available to accept the delivery, as we are unable to offer refunds for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning import duties and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Since these charges vary by country, we are unable to predict the exact costs for your location. Please note that in the case of a return or exchange, taxes, duties, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
