Production Time
Every Silvey design is handmade to order in our Vancouver studio. Most orders are ready to ship within 10–15 business days; the product page will note if a design takes longer. Vintage and antique pieces are ready-made and ship sooner.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking. If you need your piece by a certain date, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping Rates
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
- Canada: $15, free on orders over $400
- United States: $25, free on orders over $400
- International: $40
Tracking, Insurance & Delivery
Every order ships with tracking. Orders over $400 are insured at full value and require a signature on delivery. If a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with you directly to make it right.
Once tracking shows a package as delivered, we can’t be responsible for loss or theft. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we’re unable to refund packages sent to an incorrect address.
Duties & Taxes
Orders shipping outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. These vary by country and are set by your local customs office, so we’re unable to estimate them in advance. Duties, taxes and shipping fees are non-refundable.
