Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. If you’re not completely happy with your piece, we’re glad to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

You may exchange your piece for a different design; if it’s priced differently, we’ll charge or credit the difference.

Ring Sizing

If your made-to-order ring doesn’t fit, we’ll send you the correct size. One-of-a-kind rings can be resized free of charge where the design allows. Custom pieces are final sale, but resizing is available for a fee, quoted on request.

Not sure of your size? We recommend having your finger measured by a local jeweller before ordering.

Exchange Shipping

You cover the cost of returning your piece to us, and we’ll cover shipping your exchanged piece back to you.

Because pieces are made to order, please allow 10–15 business days for your exchange to be made once we receive your return.

Conditions

Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Pieces that appear worn or damaged are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Vintage, antique, solid gold, and custom or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit, except for custom ring resizing as described above.

International Returns

Please label your package “Canadian Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” to avoid customs fees. Any duties charged on a return will be deducted from your exchange or store credit.
