All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items that appear worn or damaged will not be eligible for store credit.
Please note that vintage, antique, solid 14K gold, and custom or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for store credit.
For international returns, please label your package as "Canadian Returned Goods - No Commercial Value" to avoid potential customs fees. If customs duties are applied, they will be deducted from your store credit.
